The Soviet arsenals produced no energy to match the rifle's primary parts by serial range when reassembling them, plus some steel areas (the cleansing rod, sight hood, and locking screws) have been omitted immediately after rebuilding, and rather were being melted down and recycled, presumably with another parts that weren't appropriate for re-use.
